HAROLD KALLES
MPM®, Partner
Harold has been involved with the real estate industry most of his professional career, receiving his real estate license in 1977. Harold is a former, long-time executive board member at the national level for NARPM. He has been a pivotal part of growing this professional organization from a 100-member organization to the now 2000+ members. He joined NARPM in 1997, gained his RMP in 2001 and his MPM in 2002. In 2002 Harold also took charge of the National Trade Show and in 2005 took responsibility of building the new NARPM website. During the years of 2007-2008 Harold was the Region 5 VP, that served WA, OR and HI. Currently he is still very active in Pierce County NARPM and is highly regarded at the national level. In addition to NARPM, Harold is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) organization, which focuses on the HOA and condominium business. Harold opened Kalles Properties, and his deep real estate and property management knowledge is instrumental in the success of the management team. This experience is critical as the Partner in charge of operations for the entire Kalles organization.
DEREK KALLES
Partner
Derek graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Washington. Derek's professional experience includes working for business and technology consulting firm Accenture, ChevronTexaco, and Salomon Smith Barney. Derek is very involved in his community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children, and through his involvement as a board member of the University of Washington Economics Alumni Association. Derek has been involved with property management on both a local and national level for the last two years.
